However, following the words of Brillat-Savarin, we can say that <strong>the aesthetics of the spaces in which we consume food affects taste<\/strong>. Brillat-Savarin was referring to the aspect of food, but can we extend the concept to the context? The same pizza, eaten in two different environments, can have a different flavour. A cosy place, with harmonious colours, comfortable chairs and a pleasant background noise, makes the experience different from an uncomfortable or unwelcoming environment.<\/p>\n<p>Eating in a club is increasingly an experience that goes beyond just eating. It includes many elements, and the scenography becomes important. Successful projects don&#8217;t just follow trends. They are the ones that give the place an authentic character and create a coherent history between taste and aesthetics.<\/p>\n<p>A great Italian teacher, capable of creating these stories, is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidegroppi.com\/it\">Davide Groppi<\/a> Among his customers are Cracco and Bottura. His approach to restaurant projects is <strong>obsessive but light<\/strong>. He created <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidegroppi.com\/it\/prodotti\/tetatet-p292\">Tetatet<\/a> a table lamp that won the Compasso d&#8217;Oro, the most prestigious Italian award for design. The lamp has a magnetic base hidden under the tablecloth, on which the stem rests, creating a simple magic.
