LIGI S.p.A. Headoffice – Taranto (Southern Italy)

This project arose from the desire to turn an abandoned building perched on a hill into a prestigious center for ophthalmic optics and lasers. The laboratories on the ground floor look out onto a garden in the courtyard while the first floor hosting the managerial staff connects to the design departments through a glass bridge on one side. White damask marble walls and glass panels give the space both a sense of permanence and of transparency.
